The art of Filipino weapon combat.
Training in Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) is challenging and improves focus, self-confidence, and fitness. The skills you learn in Eskrima are directly transferable to unarmed self-defense and the use of improvised weapons.
Looking for something new? A new challenge?
Eskrima is a weapon-based sport from the Philippines. It is both a practical method of self-defense and a versatile martial art that enhances coordination and focus.
Eskrima, Kali, and Arnis are collective names for Filipino Martial Arts. It teaches practitioners how to fight both armed and unarmed.
It is a system with a carefully designed structure, focused on real-world effectiveness.
Exercises improve coordination, flexibility, and agility. Its strength lies in its seamless integration with any other martial art.
The training provides both a physical and mental outlet where self-confidence is central.

We offer realistic training, seminars, and workshops for both civilians and professionals who may face aggression in their line of work.
We provide relevant combat and self-defense training on a non-commercial basis, working in small groups for maximum instruction. If your goal is strictly weight loss, strength building, or just general cardio, we offer a separate program: Bag Cardio.
